As of Friday, April 29th, we’ve had over 260 hits on the “Logo Designs – Vote!” blog, and 35 people have taken the survey (that’s about 1 in 7 who took the survey).  Thank you so much to everyone who looked at our logo options, took our survey, and gave us feedback!  We are proud to present Natril Gear's official logo(s)!

As of Friday, April 29th, we’ve had over 260 hits on the “Logo Designs – Vote!” blog, and 35 people have taken the survey (that’s about 1 in 7 who took the survey).  Thank you so much to everyone who looked at our logo options, voted on your favorites, and gave us feedback!

All of the thoughts and opinions that people shared with us (whether on the survey or in person) were an ENORMOUS help!  I have to say that I'm very impressed at the depth and thoughtfulness of your comments.  You guys have some serious talent when it comes to graphic design and marketing!  Thank you again for all of your VERY helpful help!

After meeting with our graphic designers late last week and reviewing all of the survey results, Nathan and I are proud to present Natril Gear's official logo!  Taa-daa!  We really like it, and feel confident about it!

Choosing our primary logo was difficult, and it came down to a tough choice between our top two.  After receiving some great advice, we have decided to trademark BOTH logos, use the leaf-in-gear logo as our main logo, and save the other one for potential use with a new line of goods or services later.  That said, here is our logo in reserve.  Thanks again for everyone's help!

If you're curious to know how the voting went for our logos, I have put the survey results below along with the original, numbered logos.

(One thing I would recommend to any new or current business owners is to definitely take advantage of SurveyMonkey, a free online survey tool.  Surveys are great ways to get in touch with your readers/consumers/etc, see what they’re thinking, and get some really great feedback!  This was Natril Gear’s second survey, and I definitely plan to continue the use of surveys in the future.)

And now for some non-Natril Gear news: My brother, 1st Lieutenant Evan Peck, just came home from a year of duty with the army in Afghanistan!  His homecoming was this past weekend (4/23), and his fiancé, my parents, and I went to go see him in Fort Campbell, KY.  We are all so proud and so thankful for his and all the other soldier’s bravery and service to our country!  Here is a video I made documenting Evan’s homecoming.  Enjoy, and THANK YOU Evan!  (P.S. Feel free to leave a “thank you” comment of your own for our soldiers on this blog post!)
